Averaging of triplicate data points (c, red circles) effectively eliminated outliers seen in the plot of individual data points (black circles). Average percent coefficient of variability (%CV) values for intra- and interslide subarray comparisons were determined to be 5.76% and 6.86%, respectively (see ).
